Reporting Manager:  Director – Sales

Objective:

To contribute to the organization growth by being accountable and responsible for a sales quota with focus on selling offshore IT Services and Solutions in US market.

Sales quota can be taken either on a certain geographical region for general software services or a specific Domain/Technology across the globe

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of company’s services and solutions in US market.
  • Planning the quota in terms of Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets.
  • Devising and implementing sound business strategies/ promotional programs
  • To build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize in sales.
  • To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in lead generation and support them in lead qualification process by planning and managing campaigns in line with GTM and organization objectives
  • Screening of prospective clients with accurate account mapping and adjusting content of sales pitch and presentations, based on the account mapping.
  • Nurturing and engaging leads/prospects and converting them into qualified opportunities

Designation:  VP/AVP/Business Manager – Salesforce Sales

Location:  Faridabad

Job Description

  • Actively participate in lead qualification process by planning and managing campaigns in line with GTM objectives.
  • Partner engagement (e.g. with Salesforce.com) working with their demand generation team.
  •  Screen prospective clients with accurate account mapping and adjust content of sales pitch and presentations – as per client requirements.
  • Actively drive sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services and translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.
  • Build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize into sales.
  • Meet and exceed assigned quota in terms of Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.

Regional Director – Sales (HCM)

Detailed Job Description:

Designation: Regional Director – Sales (HCM)

Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon

Reporting Manager:  VP – HCM

  • Spearheading business development /sales across all locations for our HCM business
  • Business planning and deployment to achieve new revenue target.
  • Acquisition of new clients to manage their HCM & HR Consulting requirements.
  • Identifying and managing key clients for potential business development towards high value customers and strategically securing profitable business.
  • Contribute to and execute annual business plans with a focus on consultant strategy, proactive-target marketing and proactive-client engagement initiatives
  • Interacting with key influencers among internal customers (peer group and executive team within company) for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need-based product solutions.
  • Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort
  • Generate new sales leads through primary and secondary sources and ensuring a consistent, healthy pipeline.
  • Identification, analysis and study of relevant industries and sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest at a global scale
  • Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 – 18 years of working experience including a minimum of 10+ years of the relevant experience of working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Has managed relationships at CXO / VP level and large enterprise deals

  • Prior experience of selling any of the HR Product /Services or enterprise services
    • Qualification: B. Tech / MBA (B. Tech + MBA will be preferred).

  • Preparation of Marketing Collaterals like Brochures, Presentations, Newsletters, Flyers and other Promotional materials.
  • Experience in HR domain(HCM/HRIS/HRMS/HRM) is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts.
