Regional Director – Sales (HCM)

Detailed Job Description:

Designation: Regional Director – Sales (HCM)

Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon

Reporting Manager:  VP – HCM

  • Spearheading business development /sales across all locations for our HCM business
  • Business planning and deployment to achieve new revenue target.
  • Acquisition of new clients to manage their HCM & HR Consulting requirements.
  • Identifying and managing key clients for potential business development towards high value customers and strategically securing profitable business.
  • Contribute to and execute annual business plans with a focus on consultant strategy, proactive-target marketing and proactive-client engagement initiatives
  • Interacting with key influencers among internal customers (peer group and executive team within company) for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need-based product solutions.
  • Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort
  • Generate new sales leads through primary and secondary sources and ensuring a consistent, healthy pipeline.
  • Identification, analysis and study of relevant industries and sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest at a global scale
  • Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share

Required Skills:

  • At least 10 – 18 years of working experience including a minimum of 10+ years of the relevant experience of working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Has managed relationships at CXO / VP level and large enterprise deals
  • Thorough understanding of business operations and program management.
  • Prior experience of selling any of the HR Product /Services or enterprise services
    • Qualification: B. Tech / MBA (B. Tech + MBA will be preferred).
    • Prior demonstrated sales experience in IT Solutions/ HR Solutions companies.
    • Proven ability to establish, build and maintain C Suite level relationships where benefit decisions are made
    • Strong self-starter with ability to develop and work an external pipeline at the C Suite level
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct sales presentations and interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levels

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the CRM product, industry specific requirements and implementations
  • Manage Project end to end from Planning to Closure using project management best practices
  • Responsible for overall project deliverables- Scoping, Project plan, Requirement document, Proposals and other requisite documents.
  • Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.
  • Coordinating with multiple internal and external teams for project delivery
  • Manage, mentor and develop project team members in line with growth aspirations of both individual and organization

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. with 9 to 12 years’ experience in technology led project
  • First division in Xth and XIIth, B.E./B.Tech is mandatory
  • Minimum 1-2 year experience in software Development is must.

Engagement Manager

Job brief

We are looking for Engagement manager for one of our esteemed customer for Multiple location, who will be Responsible for managing named customers’ relationship and ensure they deliver and demonstrate their value proposition by leveraging industry best practices in BPM / ECM domain. EM works closely with CRM and Delivery Head to meet the business goals and targets.

Job Description:

  • Act as a SPOC between the customer and organization
  • Identify continuous growth opportunities for new business as per account expansion target.
  • Execution of ongoing engagement such as implementation, change request, renewal of ATS / AMC, additional resource deployment, additional licenses and additional process deployment.
  • Get actively involved in activities related to mining cases for a specific client including POC and Demos as necessary.


  • MBA and/ or engineering from a premier institute.
  • 4 to 8 years of Exp and having 3+ Years of experience in Delivery, Project management, Client Engagement or Presales.

Skill set Required:

  • Knowledge of system integration issues
  • Knowledge of estimation, planning, project management, budgeting and quality assurance as it relates to ECM/ BPM practices
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
  • Thorough understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.
